1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for all services:

2. Booking & Payment Process
Customers may choose to pay online at the time of booking or on arrival at our spa.
If paying on arrival, we accept cash, Twint, or card payments.
Payments must be completed before the service begins.
Gift cards and vouchers may be used as a payment method, but they must be valid and presented at the time of booking or service.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or free rescheduling.
Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, no refund will be issued.
No-Show Policy: If a customer does not show up for their appointment, no refund will be issued.

4. Taxes & Additional Fees
There are no additional taxes (VAT or otherwise) on our service prices.
We do not charge any service fees or processing fees.

5. Currency & Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF).
We do not accept payments in other currencies.

6. Security & Data Protection
All online payments are processed securely through Wix’s built-in payment gateways with SSL encryption to protect your data.
We do not store customer payment details for future bookings.

7. Discounts & Promotions
We offer discounts, promo codes, and special promotions from time to time.
Discounts apply only to specific services and are subject to terms and conditions.
